The LANexpert Support & Operation Center [LSOC] consists of a complete team of qualified and certified engineers who work fulltime and are locally available 24/7. LANexpert offers a single, cross-domain point of contact for the global or partial support and maintenance of your IT environment, in close cooperation with its partners.
The LSOC can be contacted via a protected web portal, email or telephone with a guaranteed one hour response. It is not always possible or straight-forward to talk directly to a product manufacturer. The LANexpert Support & Operation Center can supply 2nd and 3rd level support, with direct escalation to its partners where needed.
