LANexpert proposes two training courses related to ITIL. First one is theoretical while the second one is based on case studies. These two sessions can be combined together.People having already attended to the standard foundation course could register directly to the second one.
ITIL is a set of good practices focusing on management optimization within information system services. By attending this course, students could discover the basic concepts, related vocabulary and a summary view of the 10 processes which composes ITIL. The second session is more based on a practical approach and is widely illustrated by means of real world samples and case studies. By means of such a training course, attendees are able to evaluate ITIL benefits for their business and identify improvments area in their own information system services.
