This training is made on 4 days for the administrators who are going to use the product features LANDesk management Suite

3. Learning the associated tools for the cloning, the packaging, the teledistribution and reporting

- Discovering the functionalities of the Suite

- Installation of the solution

- Console Administration

Module 2 (administrators)

- Client and inventory deployment

- Use of requests and customization

- Managing and monitoring the licenses

- Use of the support's features support (takeover at distance, files transfer, etc.)

Module 3 (adminstrators)

- Software package distribution and execution of scripts

- Deployment of the operating system and park migration

Module 4 (administrators)

- Use of the web console

- Administration of the solution

- Deployment of correctives
